The Most Important Thing First

Your calculation data stays private. When you use our calculators—whether it’s a GPA calculator, mortgage calculator, or anything else—those numbers are processed in your browser, on your device. We don’t see them, we don’t store them, and we don’t send them to our servers.

If you calculate your salary, your grades, your pregnancy due date, or your loan payments—that’s your business. We never see those specific numbers.

Information We Collect

1. Automatic Information (What Every Website Collects)

When you visit SabiCalculator, we automatically collect some basic technical information:

• Device info: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, device model
• Usage data: Which pages you visit, which calculators you use, how long you stay
• Location data: General location (city/country level, not your exact address)
• Referral info: Where you came from before landing on our site

2. Information You Give Us

We only collect personal information if you voluntarily provide it:

• Contact forms: If you email us or fill out a contact form, we get your email address and whatever message you send
• Feedback: If you report a bug or suggest a calculator, we collect whatever details you share
• Newsletter: If we ever add a newsletter (we don’t have one yet), we’d collect your email address

That’s it. We don’t require accounts, we don’t ask for payment information, and we don’t collect personal data through the calculators themselves.

3. What We DON’T Collect

• The actual numbers you enter into calculators
• Your calculation results
• Your name (unless you email us)
• Your payment information (we don’t charge anything)
• Your social security number, ID numbers, or any sensitive identifiers
• Your precise GPS location

• Usage data: Stored by Google Analytics for 26 months, then automatically deleted
• Contact form emails: Kept until the issue is resolved, then deleted or archived
• Technical logs: Typically kept for 30-90 days for troubleshooting

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you have rights regarding your personal information:

Access and Portability

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you. Since we collect minimal data, there’s usually not much to provide, but you can ask.

Correction

If any information we have is wrong, you can ask us to correct it.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal information. Again, since we don’t store calculation data, this mainly applies to emails you’ve sent us.

Opt-Out

Do Not Track

Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” setting. We don’t currently respond to these signals automatically, but you can use the opt-out methods above.

Children’s Privacy

SabiCalculator is used by students of all ages, including those under 13. However, we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our calculators work without requiring any personal information. Kids can use the GPA calculator, percentage calculator, or any other tool without giving us their name, email, or any identifying information.

If you’re a parent and believe your child has somehow provided personal information to us, contact us at hello@sabicalculator.com and we’ll delete it immediately.

International Data Transfers

SabiCalculator is accessible worldwide. If you’re outside Nigeria (where we’re based), your information might be transferred to and processed in other countries.

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, primarily by working with services (like Google) that comply with international privacy frameworks.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do:
