SabiCalculator gives estimates for planning and learning. It does not give academic, financial, immigration, tax or legal advice. Read this before you rely on a result.

- Estimates for planning and learning. Not academic, financial, immigration, tax or legal advice.
- Your school, the loan provider or the immigration authority decides the real result.
- Every outside figure shows its source and the date we checked it.
- Always check the official page before you apply or pay.
Estimates only
A calculator can only work with the numbers and rules it is given. We do the arithmetic carefully and test it, but the result is an estimate. Your school, your university, the loan provider or the immigration authority has the final say.
By topic
Grades, GPA and degree classes
Your transcript and your institution’s rules are the official record. Schools differ on scales, weights, repeated classes and rounding, and colleges may recalculate a GPA. A converted GPA is an estimate, and some schools ask for an official evaluation.
Student finance and loans
Loan amounts, thresholds and interest rates are set by governments and change every year. Our results estimate what an official body is likely to work out. Student Finance England, the Student Loans Company, the Australian Taxation Office and similar bodies make the real decision. Use their own tools and accounts for the final figure.
Visas and immigration
Our visa funds calculators show the amounts published by the UK, Canadian and Australian authorities on the date shown on each page. They are not immigration advice. The authority decides whether you meet the requirement, rules and amounts change, and your situation may have exceptions we have not covered. Check the official page before you apply, and ask a qualified adviser or your university if you are unsure.
Costs and budgets
Costs depend on your school, city and choices. Published averages are averages, not quotes. A budget result is only as good as the numbers you enter.
Percentages and other maths
The arithmetic is exact, but your course or exam board may ask you to use a particular method or rounding. Follow what they ask.
Figures and dates
Every outside figure on a calculator page shows its source and the date we last checked it. A figure may change after that date. If you spot one that looks out of date, tell us at hello@sabicalculator.com.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking a result before you act on it, and for any decision you make. We are not liable for loss that comes from relying on a calculator, as set out in our Terms of Use.
Links and ads
We link to official sources and other sites for your convenience, and we do not control them. Ads on the site are shown by Google AdSense, and an ad is not an endorsement or a recommendation by us.
